Yes. The cases are cut from real wood, and wood grain never repeats. Two watches of the same model will always differ — that's the point.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Lebanon. GCC orders are paid online at checkout.
How fast is delivery?
Lebanon: 2–4 business days. GCC: 3–7 business days. Every order ships tracked, in the PHANTOME wooden gift box.
What if it isn't right?
Free exchange or return within 14 days of delivery — unworn, in the original box. Because every grain is one of a kind, an exchange will never be identical. We think that's a feature.
